Product Manager · Endurance Athlete

I build products
the way I race.

Pacing over speed. Systems over features. Long-course thinking across four industries and six Southeast Asian markets.

I am the PM who spends two extra weeks on the data layer so the team does not spend two extra months on reconciliation. The one who runs negative splits — starting slow, finishing strong — in products and in races.

What I Believe

The best product work is invisible to the end user. Data layers, routing algorithms, synchronization engines — the infrastructure that determines whether visible features actually work at scale. I prioritize the plumbing because the plumbing is what breaks at 2 AM.

I have shipped products across mining, telco consulting, e-commerce at ByteDance, and FMCG at Paragon. Every transition taught me something I did not know I was missing. Every product I build now carries the scar tissue of the ones that failed and the discipline of the ones that scaled.

About

I build for the long course.

Mining to consulting to e-commerce to FMCG. Three countries. Four industries. One thread: understand the operational reality before proposing a technical solution. Every transition carried a skill I did not know I would need.
